At TICKAMORE by IACPOS, we were pioneers in the late 1990s in the implementation of ticketing and access control management systems within the cultural sector. Our initial project was at the Museo Nacional Thyssen-Bornemisza in Madrid, marking the beginning of a journey that has led us to collaborate on the digitalization of visitor services with some of Spain’s most prominent cultural institutions, such as the Museo Nacional del Prado, the Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía, and the Patrimonio Nacional (Royal Palace, Aranjuez Palace, El Escorial, etc.). Among others, we also implemented our solution in the 14 state museums managed by the Ministry of Culture. Since 2017, we have been providing ticketing and access control services at La Alhambra in Granada. 

Our solution has evolved to adapt to both large institutions and small museums, always aiming to offer a modern, efficient, and visitor-centered experience. 
This technological strength enabled us to expand into the leisure and recreation sector, collaborating with the Parques Reunidos Group in 14 centers across Spain, as well as in projects such as Dinópolis (Teruel), Terra Natura (Benidorm and Murcia), the Loro Parque Group (Tenerife), and international water parks like WaterWorld in Cyprus. 

In recent years, we have pursued international expansion. We are active members of IAAPA, the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions, and from our Miami office, we manage projects in the United States and Latin America. Our activity has led us to implement our solution in countries such as Mexico (archaeological zones and pre-Hispanic museums), Panama, Guatemala, Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, and France. 

Quality, security, and trust are the fundamental pillars of our organization. We hold certifications in ISO 9001, ISO 27001, National Security Framework (ENS), and UNE 19601 for Criminal Compliance. Additionally, we are strongly committed to social responsibility and caring for people, both inside and outside the company, backed by the RSA seal.
